Biblical-Spiritual foresight: 

End time Wars and rumors of wars are Biblically predicted to occur (2 Timothy 3:1-5; Matthew 24:6).  Such violence and tribulation will continue until God restores peace and divine blessings on Earth for all eternity (Micah 4:3; Isaiah 9:7).  All will be made new by way of God's righteous, transforming power! (Isaiah 41:18; 51;3; Amos 9:3).  

Ever notice our once God made good and beautiful sky has become tainted by chemtrail man-made white lines and X's ?  Do you ever wonder why?  Spraying our sky and atmosphere with chemical metals serves to create a man made star wars space force of imminence power and control. 

All of which serves to support electromagnetic waves and matrix grid earth foundation networking systems, and ionosphere heaters.  In turn supporting air particle density and plasma beam propagation.  Which enables targeted weather manipulation on a global scale.   Climate change is in reality a geoengineered caused effect.  

We are involved in a space race war, as  America and China (and other less able countries), desire to rule the world and humanity by way of  religion of science and technological advancements.  In large sectors of society they already have (state many Targeted Individuals), as our wireless technologies are being weaponized by way of our breathing in this chemical stew of toxic nanoparticles.  Which harm and hamper our central nervous systems, creating all manner of health and welfare problems and diseases.  

Such cause and effects serve best Transhumanistic manipulation and modification.  As this Nazi hyped typed, revolutionary plotted evil plan moves forward to fuel and fund ever increasing radical evolutionary change!   A new species of superior humans, all being genetically DNA modified, as man attempts to play God.   Yields forth  far reaching, soul searching spiritual and theological implications.  

As quoted within * Elana Freeland's 2021 book: Geoengineered Transhumanism, How the Environment has been Weaponized by Chemicals, Electromagnetics, & Nanotechnology for Synthetic  Biology,  MIT - Scientist, Jeffery Golen confirmed: 

"Calcium, barium, magnesium, strontium, are cold cathode emitters used industrially for their unusual special property of having low electron work function.  The important thing to understand is that this special group of unique elements was chosen to aid in the ionization of gases at low pressures , just like a neon tube does, just like the air in the ionosphere does.  That makes them really useful for HAARP devises." - 

As is true, a man made proclaimed New Atlantis is Rising, and it is filled with yet another disaster destroying projection.   For just as in the days of Noah, we are headed for a very troubling and trying tribulation time on battle field earth (Luke 17:26; Matthew 24:37).   For they are tampering with God's own, just as demonic hordes marching did in Genesis 6. 

God help us as we strive to discern these times as the  wicked deeds of lost, dark souls strive to rule and reign.  Taking strength to fear not, and  not be dismayed, for we know God is with us (Isaiah 41:10).   Being strong and courageous, as He commands (Joshua 1:9).  For He has given us a spirit not of fear but of power and love, and self control (2 Timothy  1:7).

He was an Austrian philosopher, social reformer, architect, esotericist, who proclaimed to be clairvoyant.  His occult leanings loomed great and wide, as he was involved with the infamous, yet dubious, Theosophical Society (a humanistic religious networked agenda coupled with an occult bent).

RUDOLF JOSEPH LORENZ STEINER:

Steiner as I noted, was an" esotericist", who founded in the early twentieth century,  the occult spiritual movement, "anthroposophy".   With roots in German idealist philosophy and theosophy, as well as Goethean science and Rosicrucianism.

Steiner's entrance into other worldly spiritual realms began at the age of nine, when he believed that he saw the spirit of an aunt  who had died in a far-off town asking him to help her at a  time when neither he nor his family knew of the woman's death.  Steiner later related that as a child he felt "that one must carry the  knowledge of the spiritual world within oneself after the fashion of  geometry ... [for here] one is permitted to know something which the  mind alone, through its own power, experiences. In this feeling I found  the justification for the spiritual world that I experienced ... I  confirmed for myself by means of geometry the feeling that I must speak  of a world 'which is not seen'."

Steiner believed that at the age of 15 he had gained a complete  understanding of the concept of time, which he considered to be the  precondition of spiritual clairvoyance.   At 21, on the train between his home village and Vienna,  Steiner met an herb gatherer, Felix Kogutzki, who spoke about the spiritual world "as one who had his own experience therein". Kogutzki conveyed to Steiner a knowledge of nature that was non-academic and spiritual.

NTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ADDRESSES COMMUNITY COVERT TORTURE MURDER WITH DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS

More than fifty scientists, professors, engineers, former intelligence personnel, well-known published authors and targeted individuals from Australia to Alaska were united to call for government inquiry into covert harassment and remotely inflicted direct energy torture. Targeted individuals (TI's) globally state they are being secretly tortured to point of death or to death in their communities according to Deborah Dupre,’ campaign coordinator and coalition founder.  

The group launched an international coalition to alert the public to extensive directed energy weapon (DEW) assaults on selected persons.  Victims are systematically, continuously, covertly tortured; severely injured; disabled; sometimes killed or driven to suicide, due to endless pain and hardship.  Criminals attack targets with non-lethal, ‘through-the-wall’ electromagnetic weapons from a distance so they are not easily identified.

The Coalition aimed to obtain formal government investigations into these organized terrorist activities. “We call this a ‘Silent Holocaust’ because weapons deployed for this operation are poorly publicised; technologies involved are silent; and targeted individuals are silently dying from these hidden weapons and other undeniable human rights abuses by covert extremists. The operations are aimed at whistle-blowers, human rights workers and peace advocates - persons respected and protected in democracies. It appears there is also a random selection of targets and target numbers are increasing,” Dupre’ reported.  

The number of TI increases is most likely due to human experimentation projects.  going forward. Conference presenters focused exclusively on central government responsibility for the torture murder operations: “Only government has the power, financing and need to test electromagnetic devices for military purposes.   U.S. federal agencies have a well-documented record of secret experiments on involuntary human subjects dating back more than 50 years including CIA MKULTRA mind control experiments and Atomic Energy Commission radiation experiments.

 As selected targets are abused with round-the-clock bullying, stalking and remote electronic torture by interconnected organized groups whose objectives are clearly lethal. “Clearly perpetrators are operating under central direction and control, acting above the law with impunity and apparent immunity. Consistently, victim’s complaints to local and federal government agencies are never investigated,” Dupre’ stated, adding that U.S. Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne,  publicly advocated that government "test" these weapons overtly  on "unruly crowds.”

Eight different countries were represented at the conference. Speakers included Dr. Nick Begich, author of "Controlling the Human Mind: The Technologies of Political Control or Tools for Peak Performance;" author Gloria Naylor, Robert Duncan, Ph.D., a Harvard-educated scientist, and Eleanor White, retired engineer and long-term advocate of banning covert electronic torture.

Presently no legislation prohibits United States testing new weapons on human subjects.” Speakers agreed that this is the worst crime government has committed since the Nazi Holocaust Participants held a commemoration of targeted individuals that died while struggling to survive this type of extreme violence.  TARGETED INDIVIDUALS UNITE GLOBALLY TO END THE SILENT HOLOCAUST

Targeted Individuals suffering from organized abuse inflicted by covert terrorists that harass, stalk and torture them in their communities are joining forces globally for the first time 21 October 2006 in hopes of gaining support to survive and to end this form of terrorism. On the first World Day to End the Silent Holocaust, scientists, former intelligence officers, legal experts, published authors and others from over eight countries are launching an international coalition to strengthen awareness about the hidden crime wave and pressure for investigations and government enquiries.

 “Citizens of the World Standing Together to End Organized Stalking, Lethal Bullying, & Remote Electronic Torture” is the first annual event’s theme sponsored by Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance and Dupre event International. Dr. Nick Begich, author of Angels Don’t Play This HAARP, Dr. Robert Duncan, Harvard Scientist, Dorothy Lay of the Lay Foundation and author Gloria Naylor are among the list of conference speakers.

Representatives from Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, the United States, Belgium, Austria, England and India will to participate in the conference, indication this criminal activity is more widespread than most realize. Deborah Dupre,’ the international support initiative founder reported, “Toronto, Ontario Rape Crisis Center recorded so many clients presenting with consistent stories and physical symptoms from new microwave weapons assaults on them, the centre staff led the world in learning about this crime and offering specialized support to survivors.

Commonality among targets is human rights advocacy - whistle blowers and peace workers are targeted - citizens that should be protected and respected in democracies. Single women are at risk for being targeted.” In 2002, a short survey of symptoms of gang stalking with electronic attacks of about 12,000 people returned a rate of about one person per hundred saying they had most or all of the gang stalking symptoms. It is estimated a minimum of 2 million innocent citizens globally are presently tortured in-home and community.

 “Most targets first think they’re just having months or even years of “bad luck,” “mishaps,” “odd diseases” or “accidents” not realizing they are targets of organized crime creatively ruining their lives,” Dupre’ said. “Now numerous on-line support groups and an international crisis hotline out of Austin Texas are operating in attempts to help targets survive but a media black-out and law enforcement ineffectiveness continue to perpetuate target suffering and deaths and perpetuate the criminal activity,” Dupre’ said.

Dupre further writes: "Victims of these publicly unrecognised crimes will be present and available to relay their personal experiences upon request. Interviews and photo ops of guest speakers and attendees will be available upon request to campaign coordinator."

 Another noted victim of this "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars" campaign of torture is veteran journalist, Vic Livingston, who claims a like message of warning as Dupre.  The evidence when taken in full account of various victims claims, lends credence to a need for government address, and legal accountability to end the suffering of those so harmed, and protect the World from a possible Star Wars future technological takeover.  

Direct Energy weapons (DEW), torture is coupled with the  use of RFID (radio frequency identification) chips being inserted into targeted persons for nefarious criminal purposes.  AI -  amalgamation assist can serve to produce techchronicity effects, whereby the impossible coincidence becomes a most common experience.  All of which is based upon the covert use of mind and body altering technologies.
