Those who are targeted by these warfare weapons beyond the pale, are the truly awakened ones, who have knowledge of the global slavery network the human race has been subjected to. Indeed, slavery is both alive and well. Does history repeat itself?

Technology has offered the world a great many modern conveniences. However, in the wake of the 21st Century, the advance of the technological revolution has become an entity unto itself. Few realize the scope, impact, and implications the information technology (IT) sector has produced, supported, and enabled.
Many people world wide have become addicted to technology. As with any addiction, the lust for power, and craving for more, increases exponentially. This exponential growth swing in favor of technology, has helped to produce and enable, a blind mind set and acceptance of all technology has to offer. Never realizing the danger that lurks behind the veil of technologies grasp.
Big Data Collection has served to infringe upon basic human rights as privacy infractions have served to rule and reign.
Whistleblower William Binney testified that while targeted data collection operations could help prevent terror attacks, 'overcollection' of mass data undermined security and had consistently cost lives because of 'analysis paralysis.' Adding: "British government should 'redirect' intelligence agencies and law enforcement to targeted surveillance with it being based on probable cause and developing knowledge about the targets and make sure they qualify for things like 'warrants.' Binney states, ' retroactively analyzing people, anybody you want, any time you want that's certainly possible with bult acquisition of data but that's certainly not what democracies are built on, that's what totalitarian states are built on."
Whistleblower, Edward J. Snowden, in 2016, also weighed in on Big Data's all seeing eye, spy collecting:

Addiction to technology has produced a changed society. Patterns of culture, social relationships and interaction, have endured a negative, detached, social complex, due to technological evolution. The lack of trust among the masses is but one sad implication. The dark web has become even darker. Honest law enforcement strives to hinder such dangerous crime, and protect the innocent.
Sociological science deals with empirical investigation and critical analysis. Long before this technological revolution, the impact upon society and the world at large was studied. Decisions were made by those in power, to enable, back, and produce, a technological control system, that few know even exists. Humanity took the tech bait, and is in love, lust mode for more (5g is just the beginning of this high tech temptation bait), of that which ultimately enslaves them.
God said in the end times to let no one deceive you (2 Thess. 2:3). Yet most of the world is now being deceived. God said in the end times people would not listen to, or endure sound doctrine. They would rather gather around teachers who support their desires. They will turn away from the truth, and turn aside to myths (2 Tim. 4:3-4).
One present day myth is that technology is a friend upon which we can depend. Left in the hands of a powerful few, the advance of this technological revolution, has the ability to both enslave, and kill. Unless the world wakes up to this great deception, we, and our future generations, will suffer great wrath and sorrow. Just as God foretold in the book of Daniel, Ezekiel, and Revelation.
TECHNOLOGY STALKING CRIMES HAVE INCREASED
She meet him online, exchanged numerous emails, and then gave him her cell phone number. Hidden behind his sweet countenance and demeanor was the mind of an insidious stalker. Once he had her cell phone number he knew every message, and phone call conversation, she had. He also knew where she was, locked into by the cell phone's location in her hand. The pictures she took were also readily available. He remained an incognito silent stalker, for about six months, at which time they broke up due to his anger issues. Then she noticed strange happenings, unexplained coincidences, that were beyond logical reason.
When she went to the store, he was there. Leaving the store, she went to the post office to mail a package, his friend was there. She stopped to get gas, another one of his friends drove up beside her, getting gas too, all the while looking straight into her eyes, smiling a wide cheshire cat grin. She recalled the cell phone conversation with a close girl friend, outlining where she would be going and when. She thought to herself, he has been listening to my calls!
Then the messages began. Wrong calls that included tidbits of information she had just said to her friend on the cell phone, or describing how nice the color blue and green looks when worn together. There she was sitting with her cell phone beside her, dressed in a cute blue and green tank top and blue jeans all in full view of her cell phone camera which sat pointed right beside her. She changed her cell phone and number, and the stalking began all over again. CELL PHONE STALKING
Online and Cell phone stalking apps, now readily available for purchase online, can do all these things. The person you like today, could become a stalker when scorned tomorrow. The tools are out there, and being used on a regular basis by those with criminal intent. There are apps which can monitor and take over your cell phone, just standing in the line at a grocery store, or walking and/or driving by in close range. All stalking is a crime. Report such crimes to your local police, who have also been known to use the "stingray" technology surveillance. However, due to the prevalence of these stalking problems, pro-active measures are best. Knowledge is power. Knowing this crime exists will enable you to be more aware and alert.
Never leave your cell phone unattended. In order to stay safe, take the battery out of your cell phone when not in use, just powering it down will not reduce the problem. Above all, do not give out, or provide your cell phone number to strangers or those you have just met. Be aware the free apps you can use on your cell phone could contain a Trojan Virus. Your cell phone can be used as a surveillance tool to harm and oppress you. This is the world in which we live. Ignoring or dismissing the problem, does not mean one day it can not happen to you.
